Job Description :

Our client is an international business information group covering asset management, pricing information, and data and market intelligence. The Group runs an extensive portfolio of events for the telecoms, financial, and commodities markets.



This candidate will work within the Asset Management Division, which was recently created to align their CRM capabilities across the three businesses. The role of the Business Analyst is to understand the needs of users of AMD’s CRM systems and translate those into requirements that the Business Systems development team can deliver in conjunction with the CRM Product Owner.



The CRM systems will all have Salesforce SalesCloud at their core, along with Marketing Automation systems and solutions such as Dun & Bradstreet Optimizer.


 


Required Qualifications :

KEY OBJECTIVES


 



  • Facilitate clear and open communication between CRM system stakeholders and technical teams

  • Understand and clarify what CRM system stakeholders want to accomplish.

  • Create clear and concise documentation of requirements in a way that allows easy sharing between teams and aids understanding.

  • Facilitate workable solutions based on analysis, knowledge of CRM capabilities (specifically of Salesforce) and the needs of stakeholders.

  • Ensure that implemented solutions are meeting expectations and delivering benefits.

  • Specify requirements and oversee testing of new functionality

  • Build training material to support new functionality and elicit feedback to allow improvements.

Experience


 



  • Good understanding of B2B CRM systems based on Salesforce, required

  • Experience in understanding B2B customer needs, required

  • Experience working with global or remote teams, required

  • Record of on-time delivery and accountability, required

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, required

  • Proficient in eliciting requirements, needs analysis and documenting requirements, required

  • Flow and process diagramming, preferred

  • Wireframing, preferred

  • Business data analytics, preferred

  • Experience in lean and agile software development, preferred

  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems, such as Hubspot or Pardot, preferred

  • Knowledge of BI systems, such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred

  • Intellectually curious about financial and professional services and the markets we serve, required

  • Three years hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud as a Power User or Administrator, required

  • Salesforce Administrator certification, desirable

  • Recognised Business Analyst certification, desirable

  • Agreed ongoing product roadmap (including retirement of underperforming products)

  • Production and ongoing delivery of agreed CRM system KPIs
