BLEND360 is looking for someone to assist with interview scheduling. As a recruiting coordinator, you will work with our Data Science Solutions organization to support filling positions for BLEND360’s team with hiring managers. In addition to scheduling interviews, you will also assist with coordination of internal employee events. The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.




Job Responsibilities



  • Coordinate phone & onsite interviews for candidates with speed & efficiency whilst delivering a world-class candidate experience

  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates

  • Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates

  • Perform administrative duties as required to support internal business operations

  • Assist with coordination of large internal events – delivering exceptional employee experience

  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor

  • Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Familiar with office applications and software

  • Proficiency in Outlook Calendar

  • Expertise in Coordinating Schedules

  • Experience with Calendar Management
