We are seeking Digital Marketing Manager for one of our Financial Services clients.  This opportunity is the perfect fit for someone who is looking for a CONSULTING position and would thrive in an environment where collaboration and a hands-on approach are key. 


 


Who you are:


 



  • A digital marketing professional with HubSpot experience.

  • Able to measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess them against goals. 

  • Experienced with small teams and/or startup environments.


 


What you’ll do:


 



  • Build and maintain HubSpot CRM marketing contacts and emails.

  • Manage all social media assets and engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

  • Manage corporate website content and development.

  • Manage platform content and user feedback/engagement.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Where you are needed:


 


Remote at the moment. This will eventually be a hybrid role, but the on-site expectations are once or twice a month. The office will be located in NYC once it is ready. 






Required Qualifications :

Ideal Qualified Candidates:



  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

  • 3+ year’s experience in agency or client roles.

  • Proven expertise with HubSpot.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEM Rush, WebTrends).

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
