We are searching for an Analyst to join the Content Operations team of our financial services client.  You will help execute on their vision to disrupt the way that consumers experience the financial services industry. You are a fit for this role if you are resourceful, focused on execution, and a strong communicator. In addition, you must be a creative problem solver who is comfortable getting into the weeds and is passionate about building world-class consumer products in a fast-growing startup environment.

As a content producer, you will engage with various stakeholders across multiple lines of business working with business, product, engineering and brand teams to prioritize, develop, and delivery content for emails, direct mails, and the website. You will drive the content development process in support of the delivery of new features and functionality while identifying opportunities to improve our processes to ensure a best in class customer experience across our platform, web, and mobile properties.



·         Assist business stakeholders with email and postal mail production

·         Assist business stakeholders with web page production

·         Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure inputs and outputs meet requirements

·         Support Marcus-wide sprint release process related to content

·         Contribute to the future of the platform by improving processes and contributing to product backlog

·         Manage documentation as it pertains to authoring and content management


Basic Qualifications

·         0-3+ years of digital content production or related experience

·         Experience working with content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMSs)

·         Experience working with HTML, CSS, JS, Emails

·         Understanding of APIs and JSON

·         Experience with major product management applications (i.e. Jira, Confluence)

·         Experience working in enterprise and/or consumer ecosystems and working across diverse geographical locations

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent change

·         Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with heavy emphasis on teamwork

·         Excellent attention to detail and communication / presentation skills
