Job Description :
As a Display Strategist, you will be part of the Paid Media team. You will be responsible for media planning and buying based upon client KPIs, as well as maintaining and analyzing campaign performance data. You will be responsible for assisting in department strategy development and processes.

  • Management of entire client display campaign including; strategy, issuing RFPs, trafficking and reporting. This is inclusive of native and social advertising

  • Provides frequent progress reports regarding online marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients

  • Develops and executes display media plans

  • Creates and refines internal and client-facing performance reports

  • Performs in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns

  • Management of creative schedules, tagging, and tracking URLs

  • Actively manages optimizations to assure client success 

  • Executes media plans within DSPs, publishers, networks, and managed partner relationships

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years with a digital or media agency, or in a similar role

  • 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing position (e.g., account management, client management, and client support or business development)

  • Understanding of traditional banners, mobile, video, social and cross device media tactics

  • Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude

  • Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools

  • Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)

  • Familiarity with DCM Trafficking and Reporting or other 3rd party ad servers

  • Experience with Facebook ads and paid social platforms

  • Experience with DSP ad operations

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

  • Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment
