Job Description :
We are recruiting for a Marketing Director to handle our clients Partner Program Marketing. You will be a leader in the Go to Market team and responsible for digital marketing, communications/collateral and partner marketing as well as support for lead generation. Additional key responsibilities will be supporting Account Based Selling (ABS) campaigns, proposals, and social media management. 
Required Qualifications :


  • BS/BA required (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications degree preferred)

  • 10+  years B2B Marketing experience – experience in high tech, software or manufacturing preferred

  • Well-developed business writing skills – B2B content creation experience preferred. Confident interviewing and investigative skills (customers, industry partners)

  • Solid MS Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel)

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Video Premier)

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, i.e., Pardot or Marketo

  • Experience with WordPress CMS system preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Experience with social marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities under pressure, strong deadline management track record




  • Engage with new channel partners to augment solution portfolio and sales resources, including Value Added Resellers (VARS), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) who can fill key solution gaps in new market offerings.

  • Champion the advancement of Partner Program steps (with Sales and Product Manager), defining and positioning a market-ready solution.

  • Guide related solution sales training/enablement

  • Create / manage solution related campaign content and automation in Pardot

  • Manage and execute digital strategy for company website and related marketing channels (email, social)

  • Manage marketing content calendar in support of new products / features, partner program and account-based selling program along with distribution channels

  • Marketing content creation including planning, developing, and sharing / distribution strategy – may include creative contribution to website materials, customer presentations, press releases, product brochures / video, case studies, white papers, webinars, and proposal templates

  • Distribution of content within identified trade associations, media outlets, social media, and communication venues applicable to new markets

  • Create, manage, and report on marketing programs and effectiveness, including email marketing campaigns, events, and account-based selling program

  • Proposal writing and response management (RFIs, RFPs); customized presentation preparation to help sales win opportunities

  • Highly credible product definition assistance (hardware, application software, services)

  • Prepare or manage outsourcing of product photography in Adobe Photoshop for use in marketing collateral (website, brochures, case studies, etc.)

  • Event management – planning, budget, execution
