We are partnered up with a growing company based out of the Central Miami area for a permanent hire Marketing Manager. If you have experience working in both North American AND Latin markets expanding B2B growth and looking for career growth, this is for YOU!
The Marketing Manager will support the CMO and operations of the marketing department within a B2B logistics company. You will be working cross-functionally with business development, operations, external agencies, and the PR person. This position is dedicated to executing the marketing initiatives, taking initaitve as needed to make fast-moving decisions to get the campaign executed and on to the next phase. This is a great role for someone that has a mix of traditional and new tech campaign channel experience, worked with outside agencies with campaign execution, and developed new business with B2B marketing.
You will have the flexibility and no how with planning campaigns, social media, monitoring and measurement, presentations, and shaping brand standards.
(This is not a managing people position but managing and executing the process).

What You’ll Do:
• Work with the team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
• Manage a mix of campaign projects at a time
• Assemble teams needed to fulfill present and future campaign requirements.
• Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on business needs.
• Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
(The position requires strategizing with teams, delegating tasks, and conveying concepts to internal and external stakeholders).
• Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum; Bachelor’s in Marketing
5 -10 years of marketing experience (B2B)
Bilingual Spanish/English required
Communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Project management, multi-channel and creative experience
Goal-oriented, organized, and able to manage time well are all key skills.
**Salesforce CRM preferred
