We are assisting one of our top clients to find a Marketing Program Manager within Applicant and Customer Journey Marketing to add to their growing marketing team. This is one of the largest lending specialists in North America that has undergone tremendous growth and needs you to complement its marketing strategies. This is a direct-hire opportunity.


 


Who you are:


A customer-focused Program Manager - Omni-Channel Marketing to join our growing Customer Marketing team in Wilmington, DE or Baltimore, MD area (Hybrid 2 days in office). If you are a person who is adept at leveraging data analytics and customer insights to drive value across the loan closing lifecycle, this would be an exciting opportunity for you! You will be a key contributor to the creation, execution, analysis, and optimization of customer-facing marketing efforts. Objectives will include motivating potential customers to close on their loan in an easy, frictionless omni-channel journey.


This role is ideal for a highly collaborative team player since the role involves working with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, operations, and digital to develop and execute campaign strategies that deliver key metrics for the company.

What You'll Do:


The Customer Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing strategies, lifecycle journeys and communications across the customer lifecycle to drive business growth and deeper, more engaged relationships. 



  • Execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies, plans and tactics to increase the number of applicants that close their loan using digital channels.

  • Continuously optimize the content, timing and cadence of communications as well as utilize new methodologies and best practices to improve customer experience and drive business goals

  • Create detailed campaign briefs informed with customer insights, knowledge of the customer journey and strong understanding of the communications objective and how to measure success.

  • Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing, MarTech and Digital to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.

  • Responsible for mapping and maintaining communication touchpoints to support an applicant’s journey to close a loan and receive their funds

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of your audience and their needs as well as programs, products and services that will impact this stage of the customer journey. 

  • Define milestones, deadlines and templates for customer communications during this stage of the customer lifecycle with level of detail required to support monthly, one-off and scheduled communications.

  • Assist with personalization efforts and work closely with business partners to translate the vision into actionable campaigns

  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns (with support from analytics) and conduct A/B testing ton continuously optimize communications.


 


Required Qualifications :
 

What you’ll need for success:



  • 3+ years of email marketing, lifecycle marketing or retention marketing experience

  • Ability to understand the company business strategy and support through marketing initiatives

  • Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines.

  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights about the customers, the channel and the business.

  • Proven experience with campaign development, from briefs through working with creative teams and channel managers to launch

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with all levels of management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to create powerful storylines and presentations to gain buy-in across the organization

  • Financial services, lending experience and/or acquisition closing experience desired.

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or other campaign management platforms is a plus.
