We are currently looking for someone to be our new Leader of our All Star Program (college graduate program). This person will help implement the vision, further develop the program and execute on the strategy for All Star Development at BLEND360.  In this role as the Leader of All Stars, you will not only be a Champion for our All Stars, you will take end to end ownership of our already successful program. Your key responsibility will be the day-to-day management of all things All Star.  You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to mature and scale this program. The successful candidate will be a solution-oriented individual who is able to work cross-functionally, be creative and innovative, knows how to be a champion for junior employees and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


The All-Star Program:  This is our approach to hiring and developing talent.  We hire top candidates from quantitative college programs, develop and train them and deploy them on client work.


Key Responsibilities:


·       Further developed and mature our company-wide All-Star program


·       Build and implement an approach that will allow us to scale the All-Star program rapidly 


·       Be a champion for our All-Stars and ensure the overall experience is great


·       Ensure the execution of the program is aligned to the defined strategy – Making sure what we want to happen happens


·       Manage the different programs across each line of business (BTS and DSS)


·       Playing a role in helping to source candidates and helping to build relationships with schools


·       Solicit ongoing feedback from our All-Stars to help us adjust the approach and experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in developing and managing talent

  • Strategic thinking around developing programs and ideas to help onboard and optimize talent

  • Experience in working with Jr. Level talent

  • Strong organization and execution skills

  • Passion around people and talent development


Key Metrics:  Growth of the All-Star program, All-Star experience and feedback, Graduation rate.
