The Global Jungle Acquisition team is part of Enterprise Digital & Analytics ­­­within the Global Consumer Services Group (GCSG).


Digital acquisition is one of the top priorities at this company. Core to delivering on this priority are the experiences and processes that enable our customers to apply for our products with the least amount of effort, wherever and however they choose to apply. Our team is responsible for growing new commercial co-brand card accounts by enabling a positive application experience while meeting all business requirements for our US and international journeys.


In this role, you will act as the product owner of the development team, ensuring efficient delivery of the product backlog. You will work closely with the product manager to support development by analyzing application processes, assisting in providing requirements for new features, and be responsible for providing insightful analysis and ad-hoc reporting to identify optimization opportunities. You will also partner closely with the local market, capabilities, marketing, and product teams.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for and/or lead core development projects within the global commercial co-brand applications

  • Support requirement gathering and the creation of agile user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Support scrum team planning and story prioritization of the product backlog on a daily basis

  • Lead critical post-launch analysis for the team’s core product releases, testing, and ongoing product performance and optimization

  • Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to understand the business needs and provide regular updates on key work in progress

Required Qualifications :

  • Digital product development experience

  • 2+ years of experience launching and growing customer-facing products

  • High technical fluency to clearly describe requirements, solutions, and tradeoff recommendations with stakeholders and engineers

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe processes and principles: Agile Release Train processes, feature and story backlog definition and refinement, sprint planning, etc.

  • Experience defining and measuring key performance indicator metrics to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with products

  • Good organization skills – able to plan and deliver multiple initiatives and priorities in parallel as an individual contributor.

  • Ability to identify and track risks and dependencies

  • Enthusiasm for thorough documentation

  • Passionate about delivering best-in-class user experiences and being an active contributor to the product culture at the company.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Experience with financial products, digital customer acquisition, and application processing is a plus
