Who You Are:

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and adaptable Product Manager to deliver the global acquisition vision for Commercial Payments.


In this role, you will define strategy and priorities, and deliver the roadmap, for Commercial Payment products onboarding. You will partner with teams such as Marketing, Technology, and Analytics, to deliver value that directly contributes to the success of our company. You will anticipate capabilities needed to address regulatory requirements, streamline the application process, and simplify the jobs of our customer service team. You will do this by understanding the differences and similarities of our user’s mindsets and goals across markets and channels.

Required Qualifications :

What You'll Do:


  • Developing product roadmaps, based on vision, strategy and goals that you will contribute to forming

  • Owning key stakeholder relationships across marketing and program management

  • Owning and contributing to product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and assessing options that best balance cost-benefit to achieve defined outcomes

  • Partnering with Solution Managers to define scalable solutions that meet current and future product needs

  • Creating and maintaining feature backlog, defining scope, and prioritizing features and user stories that maximize value and deliver against the product strategy and goals

  • Delivering throughout the product lifecycle by leading sprint planning and product release plans, creating clear sprint/increment goals, and managing delivery of features through the development lifecycle

  • Monitor product performance against targets, adapting the backlog priorities to ensure delivery against the product goals

  • Identifying opportunities to reduce friction, and increase automation and approval rates, to generate incremental revenue via product enhancements

  • Improving efficiency, scale, and time-to-market by leveraging and enhancing our global platform architecture, in partnership with technology and other acquisition product teams

  • Improving efficiency of planning and delivery by contributing to process and working practice improvements

We are looking for:

  • Product Management experience in an Agile environment, working directly with scrum teams

  • Highly organized, detail oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and solve complex problems

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement

  • A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

  • Driven, curious and diligent problem solver with a willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and collaborate to make an impact

  • Experience working in regulated environment with an understanding of compliance, control, data governance and integrity processes is a plus
