Job Description :
As a Programmatic Strategist, you will be part of the Paid Media team. You will be responsible for managing and executing upon client specific programmatic campaigns through campaign creation, trafficking, ongoing optimization/management, reporting, and analyzing self-serve DSP campaigns.

  • You enjoy working in a data driven, collaborative, and results-oriented environment

  • You have 2+ years’ programmatic media buying experiences

  • You have decent knowledge of ad serving tools and measurement platforms

  • You are an expert in media buying platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP

  • Work with Display Strategists to build strategic DSP media plans to align with overall client goals

  • Manage campaign budgets and forecast expected Key Performance Indicators

  • Create standardized, custom and ad-hoc performance reports

  • Manage currently active DSP client campaigns within DV360, Centro Basis and Amazon DSP

  • Execute and iterate upon best practices for DSP media buying and trafficking (Campaign Setup, generation of Tracking Pixels and targeting)

  • Facilitate new and existing partner/vendor relationships to support and strengthen our service offering

  • Adhere to QA processes to ensure error free delivery

  • Implement Ad Verification tools and partners to monitor fraud, brand safety and ad viewability such as MOAT, IAS and Double Verify

  • Conduct Monthly Media delivery and reconciliation reports

  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Must have experience (3+ years) programmatic media buying experience

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications a plus

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude

  • Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools

  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization platforms a plus

  • Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies

  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics)

  • In-depth knowledge of ad serving tools and measurement platforms

  • Clear understanding of ad verification systems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities

  • Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment

  • Ability to work well in a team, to shine as an individual and to maintain a sense of humor
