Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Manager, Web Analytics to join the team and help manage, analyze, and create data visualizations for our clients and our internal product offerings.





  • Digital Analytics – lead agency’s overall digital analytics implementation, ensuring consistent tracking of key metrics across all current and future clients and platforms.

  • Business Intelligence – define and develop a data warehouse and visualization platform, unlocking the value of digital information for internal and external decision-making across disparate data sources.

  • Measurement Strategy - define objectives to scope analytics tasks and deliverables for all projects and clients. Measure, visualize, and communicate business performance and actionable insights that lead to strategic client recommendations.

  • Product Management - work closely with development teams to develop new AZDS data products, increasing industry insights, benchmarking, and partnership.

  • Automation – improve quality, timeliness, and automation of digital analytics through scalable development, utilization of analytics toolset, and documentation.

  • Insights - create and deliver impactful client presentations to senior management on a regular basis.

  • Experimentation Program – develop and own the entire program covering efforts to hypothesize, design, and learn from A/B and MVT tests.


Required Qualifications :


  • 4+ years of analytics, tagging, or agency experience

  • Advanced experience leading the implementation and management of tracking and reporting tools within Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio (required)

  • Experience developing, managing, and improving analytics within platforms such as Snowflake and Tableau, or similar (highly preferred)

  • Experience using a testing platform such as Google Optimize, Split, Adobe Target, or similar (preferred)

  • Familiarity with GDPR, data regulations, and cookie compliance tools such as OneTrust (preferred)

  • Clear articulation of data-informed insights & recommendations, keeping customer and business outcomes front of mind

  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for practical perfection

  • Emphasize a proactive approach to problem-solving, developing hypotheses and actionable insights from data sets related to eCommerce

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Hospitality experience a plus
