Who you are: 

The Technical Lead/Senior Web Developer is needed to help enhance, manage and maintain Web site front-end/back-end code, content, processes, and on premise/cloud infrastructure changes. This detail-oriented, team player will be able to not only debug and resolve issues for multiple websites and integration with external applications but also execute hands-on maintenance and enhancement of the web code, content, process, and infrastructure as a whole. This Lead/Developer will need to translate business requirements into existing or formulate new subsystems using UML diagrams to communicate technical ideas. Communicating through JIRA, a feature and defect tracking tool is a must to document solutions/fixes and provide a status update. Since the existing team is comprised of members in remote branch offices, having strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to self-direct their work, is essential for success in this position.


This position entails:
• 40% new coding/template development/database integration/systems integration
• 35% code and content maintenance
• 25% requirements gathering, technical design/architecture, documentation and project implementation schedules

What you'll do:


Essential duties of this role include but are not limited to:

• Maintain day to day operations of websites as well as additional custom applications such as those developed for Sales and Marketing support.
• Support on premise and Cloud infrastructure.
• Enhance CSS and code architecture to support mobile browsers with content in multiple languages using bootstrap responsive CSS technology that integrates with Optimizely methodology.
• Develop and deploy pages to support product launches along with any new features/data points that adhere to established Design Guides.
• Configure, track, analyze and interpret website analytics reporting using Google Analytics, SEOmoz, Marketo, and other tools to measure KPIs and Digital Marketing’s activities effectiveness.
• Integrate website with in-house systems responsible for User Registration, Financial/Pricing data, etc.
• Integrate Web content and reporting with CRM platform using Optimizely, Salesforce and Marketo.
• Develop new features (end user tools, expand data points, charting, etc.) as determined by Marketing on IIS, .NET and C#
• Evaluate, compare and recommend appropriate third-party tools, cloud solutions, etc. depending on requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Management to gather requirements from business unit heads - provide technical analysis for scoping requested features and help manage implementation schedules using Jira and alternative project management tools
• Develop/Maintain Development/QA/UAT/Production/DR workflow for code, data and content
• Work with IT Infrastructure to maintain and document hardware architecture (including Disaster Recovery, Failovers, etc.) using Visio and UML diagrams.
• Work with external vendors in developing and maintaining the internationalization of sites.



Required Qualifications :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience and Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience .Net languages (C#).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL Server development.
• Minimum 5 years of CMS Experience (Optimizely, Sitecore).
• Minimum 1 year of UI Experience (SASS or Less).
• Experience with headless architecture.
• Experience in designing and building web environments in Cloud (Preferably AWS).
• Strong technical lead experience and qualification.
• Experience with AJAX, XML, JSON, REST and Soap Services.
• Experience managing on premise and cloud infrastructure for websites.
• Experience in using Performance and Debugging tools.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
